Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Goderich, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes the following: o Roadway urbanization and storm sewer installation on Market Street from Wellington Street to west of Sydenham Street and Sydenham Street from Market to the north end including: o 4,500 m3 of earth excavation o 1,800 tonnes of Granular A o 4,600 tonnes of Granular B o 850 tonnes of Asphalt o 760 linear metres of concrete curb and gutter o 450 linear metres of storm sewer (300 mm to 525 mm) Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained by registering as a Plan Taker with the office of the undersigned. Hard copy available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00, which includes all taxes, payable to B. M. Ross and Associates Limited starting May 28, 2025. Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of $50,000.
