Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Justice, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of August 18, 2025, project is awarded to Triggi Construction, Inc., in the amount of $280,611.25. Doc note: The deposit is non refundable. The engineer has been authorized to refuse to issue plans, specifications, and proposals to any person, firm or corporation that he or she considers to be unqualified. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. No proposals will be issued to bidders after 3:00 p.m. on the 30th day of June, 2025. All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid bond, cash, or certified check payable to the Village in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into and the performance of the contract is properly secured. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the proposals without the consent of President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Justice for a period of 30 days after the scheduled time of closing bids. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive requirements in the specifications.
