Reference Number 0000295768 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/03 03:00:00 PM CST This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation ("SaskPower") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of the P1H-S 138kV Line Maintenance, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the " Work"). SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan. This maintenance project is required to maintain acceptable reliability on the P1H-South 138kV transmission line which runs between the Hawarden and Pasqua switching stations. The total line length is 144km, however the Scope for this project includes work between structure 445 and structure 896. The primary Scope of Work includes replacing sixty-four (64) structures (legacy D5 series) with D14-902 tangent structures, seventeen (17) structures requiring the wood cross arms and cross braces to be replaced with new D14-901 steel crossarms and cross braces, and completing various maintenance activities on one hundred sixty-four (164) structures. SaskPower may reject any proposal. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
