The Union Parish Police Jury Will Receive Bids for the Purchase of a 6 (Six) Month Supply of Road Materials Beginning July 1st, 2025 and Ending December 31st, 2025. Prices May Be Quoted on One Item or All the Road Materials. Crushed Granite Rock Must Meet the Published Source of Approval by the La Dept. Of Transportation. Bids Shall Be Quoted Loaded on Our Trucks at Your Pit or Other Designated Trucks to Be Hauled to Various Sites in the Parish Top Stock Pile. The Jury Will Take Into Consideration the Length of Haul to Certain Areas of the Parish and Will Buy From the Lowest Vendor Taking Into Consideration the Cost of Hauling. The Jury Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. Specify Bid Type on Bottom Left of the Envelope.
