The project is expected to be awarded on October 2025.** Question Deadline 08/11/2025- Submit all questions about the Bid Documents to MARCH Associates VIA Email to: submittals@marchassoc.com at least 5 business days prior to date for receipt of Bids The Scope of Work Includes the Contractor Furnishing All Labor, Equipment, Materials and Incidentals Required and Necessary for Fire Door Replacement at 1620 Kemble Street, Utica. The Renovations Are as Shown on the Contract Drawings and Described in the Contract Specifications. Bidding Documents May Be Obtained at the Mvwa Engineering Department Free of Charge by Emailing Jolie Murray at Jmurray@mvwa.us. Proposals Shall Be Submitted Only on the Forms Contained Herein and Shall Include a Five Percent (5%) Bid Security in a Form Described and Shall Be Received Only From Persons Who Obtain Bid Documents From the Mvwa and Are Duly Registered on the List of Bidders. The Mvwa Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality and Reject Any and All Bids. The Mvwa May Reject Any Bid if in Its Judgment the Resources, Financial Standing, or Experience of the Bidder Justifies Such Rejection in View of the Work to Be Performed. The Board Reserves the Right to Revise or Amend the Bidding Documents Prior to the Date Set for Opening the Bids.
