The TDCJ is seeking bids to renovate the water tower, removing existing paint and rust from the interior and exterior portions of the elevated storage tank, and adding cathodic protection to prevent corrosion to meet all codes and regulations for health and safety, at the Ramsey Unit in Rosharon, Texas. The TDCJ is seeking proposals to remove existing paint and rust from the interior and exterior portions of the elevated storage tank and add cathodic protection to prevent corrosion to meet all codes and regulations for health and safety at the Ramsey Unit in Rosharon, Texas, as shown by the construction plans as prepared by RPS/ TDCJ. Respondent shall refer to Specifications and submit all required qualifications and licensing required within. Specifications and Drawings will be furnished with the Solicitation documents. Respondent is required to submit a HUB Subcontracting Plan as detailed in Exhibit 1. Failure to submit a completed HUB Subcontracting Plan will result in the proposal being rejected from further consideration. Respondent must be bondable and insurable at the levels required. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required upon award of a contract. The TDCJ reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informality or irregularity.
