Reference Number 0000390152 Purchase Type: Duration: 3 years Option: with two one year extensions Oakland University Facility Management is requesting quotes for a preferred supplier relationship for signage fabrication and installation services. Please note this is a prevailing wage job and PW will be posted once received from the state. On a per project basis, OU will request signage fabrication and installation. Scope can range from just one sign for replacement up to all signage for capital improvement project. The supplier will provide a quote for approval based on the award unit pricing, and then generate submittals for OU's approval prior to fabrication. The supplier will provide a timeline for fabrication and installation, and coordinate with OU for installation access. The initial term of the contract will commence July 2025, and will remain in effect for 3 years through 2028. Prices quoted and your responses to this RFP must be guaranteed for the entire three-year term of the agreement. Based on mutual agreement of Oakland University and the successful respondent, unless terminated, or canceled, as otherwise provided herein, the agreement has the option to extend for two additional one-year periods, through 2030. The University will not agree to auto renew clauses.
