BIDDER agrees to provide to the Owner, the certificates of insurance specified in these Documents, and to maintain the scope of insurance throughout the term of the Agreement. BIDDER, in submitting this Bid, agrees to commence work under the Agreement on or before a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and to complete the Agreement within 30 consecutive calendar days, thereafter. BIDDER acknowledges understanding of terms for liquidated damages as provided by Section 15 of the General Conditions and agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount(s) and by the term(s) established in the Agreement, without condition or recourse.
