Bedroom 1 $ $ Remove existing deteriorated wood door, then legally dispose of off-site. Provide and install a new interior pre-hung slab door. New door will be a paint-grade 1 3/8" hollow core door. Adjust door to open and close properly without rubbing the door jamb. Prime and Paint new door. Door installation is to include new hinges, doorknob / handle. 4 Provide and install a new ceiling light combined with an exhaust fan & space heater. (See attached product Tech Spec sheets for the Broan-NuTone brand Bathroom light / fan / heater. Model # BHFLED 110) Bathroom Ceiling 1 $ $ Remove existing ceiling light fixture and properly dispose of off-site. Provide and install a new combination light with electric radiant-heating device in compliance with all applicable building codes. Properly install the appropriate electrical gang box for three light switches or a three-paddle rocker switch to operate the ceiling light, exhaust fan and heater independently of each other. Connect to a new or available 20-amp circuit. Install ducting to properly vent to outside the unit. Repair & paint the affected adjacent ceiling surfaces to match existing color. 5 Remove and Replace leaking Bathtub faucet fixtures, and waterspout at Shower / Bathtub: Use Moen Adler 3-handle Chrome Tub and Shower Faucet.
