RCOC is seeking a written proposal for this scope of work and total lump-sum price, for providing all the labor, equipment and materials to replace a culvert as specified in the attached drawings and specifications. The project consists of the following specifications: Remove an existing failed 10-inch CMP and replace with a supplied 12-inch CMP. See attached sketches and location for information only. Contractor to supply labor and equipment to complete job. Contractor to remove/replace culvert. Contractor to supply suitable clean back fill materials and compact in lifts. Contractor to remove wood posts. Contractor to remove trees/shrubs as needed; trying to save them if possible. RCOC will provide traffic control; road will be closed. RCOC will saw cut asphalt. RCOC will supply trucking. RCOC will supply culvert and band. RCOC will restore area once completed.
