Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Jamesport, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
For Morton Storage Building 1st Bid -Removal of two (2) garage doors, removal of two (2) center Ballard posts and supply and 2nd Bid Install one single 24 W x 12 H Garage Door with one row of windows in newly constructed opening at the Jamesport Fire Department Morton Building. All materials and Labor associated with mounting and operation of electric door to be supplied and included in quote The Jamesport Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid best suited for its specific needs. Electric to be relocated/ removed and or capped off. Garage doors and tracks to be removed. Garage door controls to be moved by garage door company (separate bid) Install temporary supports where needed. Center column to be removed Center bollards to be removed Gable end truss to be removed and re-framed. Purchase and install triple 2X12 LVD. Purchase and install new sheathing. Case out new opening with PVC. Finish trim made ready for new door. Floor to be concreated where necessary.
