Renovation of a mixed-use development in Edinburg, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and municipal facility.

Garza Middle School and Transportation Shop Roofing Improvements Question Deadline 06/22/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Submit all questions regarding clarification or interpretation of Construction Documents to the Office of the Architect: Octavio Cantu - ocantu@goero.com and Edinburg CISD Maintenance & Facilities, Roberto S. Gomez - roberto.gomez2@ecisd.us, Ramon Villalobos - ramon.villalobos@ecisd.us and Heralio Perez - he.perez@ecisd.us. The 5% proposal security accompanying this proposal shall be returned to the bidder, unless in case of the acceptance of the proposal the bidder shall fail to execute a contract and file a performance bond and payment bond within the ten (10) days after its acceptance, in which case the proposal security shall become the property of the OWNER, and shall be considered as payment for damages due to delay and other inconveniences suffered by the Owner on account of such failure of the bidder, it is understood that the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposals will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. NO PROPOSALS MAY BE WITHDRAWN FOR A PERIOD OF 60 DAYS. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all Proposal and in particular to reject a Proposal not accompanied by any required security bond or data required by the Contract Documents or a Proposal in any way incomplete or irregular. The Owner shall have the right to waive any formality or irregularity in any proposal received. If the Owner accepts any Alternates, he shall have the right to accept them in any order or combination. Document Note: Complete sets of Construction Documents shall be used in preparing proposals; neither the Owner nor the Architect assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Construction Documents. The Owner or Architect in making copies of the Construction Documents available on the above terms, does so only for the purpose of obtaining proposals on the work and does not confer a license or grant for any other use.
