The City of Little Rock is seeking to procure products and/or services for the Housing & Neighborhood Programs Department. This solicitation is being issued for the following products and/or services: Residential Demolition-8911 Victoria Dr., Little Rock, AR 72209. Questions Due Date: Jun 17th 2025, 3:00 PM CDT Online Portal Description of Work Required Remove Structure, foundation, and footings Cut and clean/clear entire property (lot must be mowable after demolition) Cut down all bushes and small trees not on a fence line Cut back all bushes and small trees on fence line, including any ditches and/or alleys Trim tree branches to no less than 8 from the ground Remove all building materials, demo debris, footings, Poles, Mailboxes, concrete or brick pads & trash Remove Driveways, leaving only the driveway skirt at the street Remove all sidewalks except for the public sidewalks Remove Front Steps Remove Handrails at Front Steps Remove all Accessory Structure(s) Remove Mailbox Fill may be required Remove Dead Tree & Limbs Remove storm shelter and fill Fill in Well Leave North Border Fencing
