Renovation of a mixed-use development in Domremy, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,800-square-foot educational facility.
École Saint Isidore - Roof Sections 1,2,3 6,7 & 8. The Project entails the removal and replacement of five (5) sections of low slope membrane roofing and one (1) section of shingled sloping roof. The work will include for the removal of approximately 22,190 ft2 (2,158 m2) of existing BUR and Shingle roof system and the installation of a new SBS and Shingle roof system. Associated work includes the temporary removal and subsequent reinstallation of roof top mounted equipment and gas lines. Some minor masonry work is also anticipated. Metal flashing and trim is included in the project scope. Bidders must be qualified to perform the work. The successful bidder must be a certified applicator with an approved manufacturer.
