Purpose of the call for tenders Societe des traversiers du Quebec invites all service providers meeting the requirements of this call for tenders to submit a tender for the services indicated in accordance with the requirements of this document. 2. Description of requirements The Societe des traversiers du Quebec (STQ) wishes to obtain the services of a Service Provider for snow removal services. *See description of requirements for full details. 3. Applicable intergovernmental agreements Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Quebec-Ontario Agreement (QOVA) The Service Provider should note that a visit to the site will be made by appointment. The Service Provider must contact Mr. Olivier Senecal at the following e-mail address olivier.senecal@traversiers.gouv.qc.ca, no later than 5 days before the bid opening date. This visit will be made individually with each of the Service Providers and the STQ representative or any other person deemed necessary for the proper conduct of the visit. The STQ is not liable for any verbal information provided during this visit. The Service Provider must take note that no additional information will be divulged during this visit, but that it will be possible to take note of questions and answer them in the form of addenda, if necessary. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
