Subject of the tender The Societe des traversiers du Quebec invites all service providers meeting the requirements of this call for tenders to submit a bid for the services indicated in accordance with the requirements of this document. 2. Description of needs The Societe des traversiers du Quebec (STQ) wishes to obtain the services of a service provider for snow removal services. *See the needs description for full details 5. Visit and knowledge of the places The Service Provider must note that a visit to the site will be made by appointment. The Service Provider must contact Mr. Olivier Senecal at the following email address olivier.senecal@traversiers.gouv.qc.ca, no later than 5 days before the opening date of the submissions. This visit will be done individually with each of the Service Providers with the STQ representative or any person deemed necessary for the proper conduct of the visit. No verbal information provided during this visit engages the responsibility of the STQ.
