Site work for a civil project in Henderson, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Henderson hereby invites qualified firms or individuals to submit written Statements of Qualifications to provide professional design services for the design of Gilespie Street from Bruner Avenue to Via Inspirada. The project will generally consist of roadway, traffic signal, and drainage design in addition to survey, right-of-way, and environmental services in support of the design. The resulting roadway section will be two lanes in each direction with a raised center median, traffic signals where warranted, and drainage crossings where required. Selected consultant shall prepare plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
