The project includes the complete replacement of two (2) existing 138Kv circuit breakers with two (2) new units. The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, tools, equipment, transportation, cranes, labour, and supervision required for the successful completion of this work . Additionally, the Contractor is responsible for furnishing all related submittals, shop drawings, and components in full compliance with CWA's Technical Specifications. Work includes replacing two (2) existing 138kV oil circuit breakers with two (2) 138kV SF6 dead-tank gas Siemens, ABB, or equivalent circuit breakers. Circuit Breakers to be installed one at a time (See Section 3.1 of the Technical Specifications). Work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: A. Furnishing, installation, testing, Submittal, shop drawings, and commissioning of two (2) new Gas Circuit Breakers, bushings, frame, controls, foundation modification, and alarm modifications to the control panel located in the control/Switchgear building to make the new circuit breakers complete and operational.
