This Section specifies the requirements for the supply, installation, maintenance, and eventual removal and disposal of Sediment Control Fences for the purpose of retaining suspended soil particles from "sheet flow" run-off or other water passing through it, in locations shown on the drawings, and as required by the Engineer. 1.2.2 This Section also specifies the requirements for construction fencing for the purpose of isolating the Work from adjacent areas, in locations shown on the drawings, and as required by the Engineer. Work Included: 1.1.2 Materials and installation for asphalt concrete paving and traffic control for roads and parking areas The Work under this Section shall include the supply of all labour, supervision, materials, plant, equipment and transportation necessary to complete exterior and interior chain link fences and gates as shown on the drawings, as specified herein and as directed by the Engineer, complete in every respect. Work under this section consists of all operations necessary for placing of topsoil, hydroseed, and sod in areas specified in the Drawings or as required by the Engineer The Work under this Section shall include the supply of all labour, supervision, materials, plant equipment and transportation necessary to complete chain link fences as shown on the drawings(attached), as specified herein and as directed by the Engineer, complete in every respect. Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: o The supply and installation of new security gate, fencing, power, data, operating equipment etc. as shown on the drawings and as directed by the Engineered drawings and specifications. o The removal of existing security gate as shown on the drawings. o Existing manual gate to be repurposed and relocated on-site for alternate access.
