This bid seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive athletic field maintenance services for a variety of sports facilities. The scope includes turf care, irrigation system management, infield grooming, field lining, pest and weed control, and general upkeep to ensure all fields remain in safe, playable condition year-round. Contractors will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and performance, supporting scheduled events, and promptly addressing maintenance issues. All services must adhere to industry best practices and comply with the performance expectations outlined in the bid specifications. The initial contract term shall remain in effect for thirty-six (36) months, and then the contract will remain in effect until the completion of the expressed and/or implied warranty period. The contract prices resulting from this solicitation shall prevail for the full duration of the initial contract term unless otherwise indicated elsewhere in this document. Prior to, or upon completion, of the initial term of this contract, the City shall have the option to renew this contract for three (3) additional twelve (12) month period(s). A Bid Bond is not applicable to this solicitation. Performance & Payment Bonds are not applicable to this solicitation. Liquidated damages are not applicable to this solicitation. The issuance of this solicitation and the acceptance of responses do not constitute an agreement by the City that it will enter into a contract with a respondent for this project. The City reserves the right to extend the response due date, request additional information from any respondents, reject all responses, cancel the project, and/or re-advertise the solicitation. The City reserves the right to disqualify any respondent at the sole discretion of the City. By submitting a response and subsequent information, the respondents waive the right to object to the exercise of the City's right to disqualify a respondent and/or a response, either now or in the future.
