The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals for Geyserville Community Plaza. County of Sonoma is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide design, permitting, and construction management services for the Geyserville Community Plaza Project consisting of developing architectural and engineering designs, performing environmental review, and preparing permit applications for the improvement and enhancement of the 1.18-acre Park and Ride facility in Geyserville. The purpose of the Geyserville Community Plaza project is to create a safe and welcoming outdoor space that serves residents, visitors, and Great Redwood Trail users. The project will include an updated public parking area, a permanent venue for community events and festivals, and a recreational space featuring a future access point and waystation along the Great Redwood trail. Design services will focus on enhancements to the parking area and overall site layout to support these community uses. The selected consulting firm will work cooperatively and in close coordination with County staff on the project.
