Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Arlington, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The Arlington Housing Authority (AHA) is seeking proposals from qualified developers to partner with the AHA to pursue the redevelopment of 72 units of state-aided public housing for seniors at its Drake Village property, located at 18-38 Drake Road in Arlington, MA 02476. The selected development partner will partner with the AHA in carrying out a comprehensive local planning process and developing a plan for the redevelopment that will include net new affordable units on the site, and; acquire, through a to-be-formed ownership entity or entities, an interest in the Site for the purpose of carrying out the redevelopment. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The estimated three (3) year value of this Contract is $ 100,000. Not to exceed $150,000.
