Reference Number 0000390256 Delivery Point: Rochester Hills The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide and install three (3) High Speed Fabric Doors located at the City's Department of Public Services garage located at 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307. The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals to provide and install three (3) High Speed Fabric Doors located at the City's Department of Public Services (DPS) garage. The project includes, but not limited to products, equipment, and installation for new fabric doors at the DPS garage. Specifications are listed on the proposal page. The doors are used constantly during the day by DPS staff to move fleet vehicles and large heavyduty equipment vehicles several times a day in and out of the garage. The vehicles are often salt covered in the winter and the new doors will need to withstand the high usage and seasonal conditions. The fabric doors are intended to be mounted on the exterior of the building. The existing overhead garage doors will stay in place and be functional. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified contractor(s) experienced in the project components to perform the services needed to complete this project in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. The contractor will be responsible for the hiring of all sub-trade contractors, the coordination of their work and the outcome of the project. The City intends to award to one vendor, but reserves the right to split the award if advantageous to the City.
