Renovation of a municipal facility in Brockville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for CONDENSED TENDER - RENOVATIONS PHASE 1 as further described herein at: Board Office, 225 Central Ave. West, Brockville, ON, K6V 5X1 This tender is a follow up to tender 25-081 which did not yield any bid submissions. Please note the scope is the same with the following changes/clarifications: Changes to previous tender work schedule and work times: - Total Performance of project to be September 30, 2025. - Permitted work hours to be 12:00pm to 11:30pm. - Work to begin on site no later than July 16, 2025. - Contractor to provide phased work schedule within 2 business days of award notification. - Contractor to determine time for each phase within the project. There will be no changes to the following: - Sequence or scope of work for each phase as shown in project drawings and specification. - Scope of work as outlined in project drawings and specifications. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
