The Region of Waterloo (ROW) invites prequalified candidates to submit a proposal to conduct annual inspections and asbestos reassessments of Waterloo Region Housing (WRH) units and common areas. The goals of the assignment are to (1) complete general inspections and annual asbestos reassessments (where applicable) at all WRH sites, (2) prepare an annual asbestos reassessment report for each WRH site with asbestos containing materials and (3) prepare a summary document of recommended actions for all sites in Excel. Only contractors who have been successfully pre-qualified under PQ2025-01 may bid on this work Question Deadline: Fri Jun 27, 2025 4:00:00 PM (EDT) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
