Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saginaw, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the following: Path, HMA, approx. 63 Ton Parking Lot Paving, approx. 245 Ton Concrete Sidewalks, approx. 825 Sq. Ft. Culvert with End Sections Pavement Markings and Signage Pavilion, 10'x10' Amenities: Bench, Picnic Table, Trash Receptacle, Interpretive Sign This project is being funded with a Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Trust Fund Grant. All relevant State and/or Federal requirements will apply. This project does not require Davis-Bacon wage rates. Registering as a Planholder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors as Planholders will receive automatic notice of addendums and other contract document updates via online. Prospective bidders must be on the Planholder list through online for bids to be accepted. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to tanyam@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
