Peach Farm House Renovation The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies, equipment and other facilities and things necessary or proper for, or incidental to, the work contemplated by this Contract as required by, and in strict accordance with the applicable Plans, Specifications and Addenda prepared by the Engineer and/or required by, and in strict accordance with, such changes as are ordered and approved pursuant to this Contract, and will perform all other obligations imposed on him by this Contract. The work to be performed under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals required to perform the proposed construction as indicated in the Specifications, shown on the Contract Drawings and/or as approved by the Town's Designated Representative. B. In general, the work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Mobilization 2. Furnish, Install and Maintain Soil Erosion & Sediment Control practices as necessary 3. Temporary Protection and Fencing (if applicable) 4. Excavation, backfilling, compaction and saw-cutting as required for landscape fabric, bluestone and concrete slab. 5. Demolition of existing 'Garden Shed' portion of the Peach Farm House. 6. Furnish and Install all building renovations and improvements as depicted and/or described in the Contract Documents. 7. Restoration of all site components to existing or as described in the Contract Documents 8. Furnish, Install, Compact, The Town of East Hampton reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interests of the Town.
