The Projects Are Referred to as "ceresco South, C-78(765)" and Shall Include All Labour, Materials, Transportation and Equipment Required for the Construction of a Triple 12'x10'x42'concrete Box Culvert on a 15-degree Skew (Lhb) With Rock Riprap Installation, Channel Shaping, Roadway Grading and Other Related Incidental Work. Along With Its Bid Proposal, Each Bidder Shall Submit an Unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check Made Payable to the County Treasurer of Saunders County, Nebraska, in an Amount Equal to Five (5) Percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, Each Bidder is to Include and Start of Construction and End of Construction Date With Their Bid Proposal The Desired Completion Date is December 1, 202 5. The Successful Bidder (I.e. Contractor) Will Be Allowed Seventy-five (75) Calendar Days for Completion After Beginning Work, Provided They Do Not Exceed Their Specified Completion Date. Additional Days Due to Poor Weather May Be Granted at the Discretion of the Engineer. Within Ten (10) Days Following the Award of The Contract, the Successful Bidder Shall Furnish a Surety Bond or Bonds in an Amount Equal to or Greater Than the Full Amount of the Contract. The Surety and Form Of the Bonds Are Subject to the Acceptance by the Saunders County Board of Supervisors. The Saunders County Board of Supervisors Reserves the Right to Reject Any And All Bids or to Waive Any Irregularities in Bids Received.
