The work includes, but is not limited to, scarifying, shaping and correcting the cross-sections of the roadway, resurfacing the granular base with MG 20B, raising the retaining devices, reinforcing the roadway structure, maintaining traffic flow and signalling the work, environmental protection works, cleaning up and restoring the site, and all other related work required to complete the project. The work must be completely finished 20 weeks (long deadline) after receiving authorisation to start the work. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CONTRACT, ONLY SERVICE PROVIDERS WITH AN ESTABLISHMENT IN THE JAMES BAY AREA AND WHO MEET THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED WILL BE CONSIDERED. A bid security in the form of a bond representing 10% of the total amount of the bid, including taxes, must accompany the bid. Tenders sent by e-mail will not be accepted.
