Site work for a civil project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 06/26/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Upper Salt Dam 38-3 and 18-8 rehabilitation projects are similar in nature and include the removal of approximately 80 LF of existing corrugated metal pipe and riser structure and replacement with approximately 80 LF of HDPE pipe and riser structure. A sand diaphragm and filter system will be added along the pipe in addition to installing a concrete pipe cradle, riprap outlet protection, and a steel trash rack. The Owner reserves the right to review and select either Base Bid A - 38-3 or Base Bid B - 18-8 independently, to award separate contracts for each scope of work, or to award a single contract to one contractor for the completion of both projects-whichever option is determined to be in the best interest of the Owner. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
