Renovation of a water / sewer project in Auburn University, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: HVAC improvements including new 30-ton air-cooled chiller and new desiccant dehumidification unit along with required supporting infrastructure at the existing processing plant. General works scope includes constructing new vestibule and ceiling repair. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract.
