Maintenance and Repair of Storm Water Systems Proposals are invited for Contract No. A200.867, which involves furnishing the required labor, equipment, and materials on an as needed basis necessary for repair, cleaning, and maintaining of storm drains and drainage structures. This work will be during both day and night shift as needed and lane closing permits. A200.867 is between Mile 0 and Mile 122 including the Pearl Harbor Memorial Extension and the Newark Bay-Hudson County Extension along the New Jersey Turnpike, and Mile 0 to 172.4 along the Garden State Parkway inclusive in Salem, Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Mercer, Middlesex, Union, Hudson, Essex Bergen, Cape May, Atlantic, Ocean, Monmouth and Passaic Counties, New Jersey. The work will be as directed by the Engineer for a period of two (2) years from the date of Notice of Award and shall terminate on the date two (2) years after the date of the Notice of Award. For Proposals submitted by joint ventures, each member of the joint venture must be prequalified in the Contract Classification, and the sum of the ratings held by each member must be within 10 percent of the total price bid by the joint venture. In cases where the sum of the ratings exceeds $50 million, the joint venture's rating will be Unlimited. Prequalification or renewal of prequalification must be received by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority's (the "Authority") Engineering Department no later than June 20, 2025. Prequalification documents may be obtained at the Contracts and Specifications Office or will be mailed to prospective Bidders upon request Any Addenda that may be issued will be issued at least three (3) business days prior to the deadline to submit Proposals. Refer to Subsection 102.05 of the Specifications regarding the submission deadline for questions, interpretations or corrections. The Bidders are advised that the Proposal Bond form or the Letter of Surety form provided in the Authority's Electronic Bidding software must be executed by the Bidder when this type of proposal guaranty is selected by the Bidder.
