Site work and paving for a civil project in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Project contemplated consists of earthwork, paving, water, sanitary sewer, drainage facilities and other miscellaneous improvements No hard copies of the Bidding Documents will be made available. It is the responsibility of the interested party to print the Bidding Documents. Neither the Owner nor the Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including any addenda, obtained from other sources. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents. In order to perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors prior to contract award shall hold or obtain such licenses as required by State Statutes, and federal and local Laws and Regulations. Nonresident Bidders shall conform to Government Code 2155.004 prior to submitting Bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or parts of bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities in bids or in bidding. The Owner may award a contract that, in the Owner s judgement, will be most advantageous to the Owner and result in the best and most economical completion of this project. The Owner reserves the right to award multiple contracts based on the most advantageous bid per section of the bid form. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date bids are opened. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Excavation & Grading, Water, Sanitary Sewer, Drainage and Paving related improvements Bid Result - EARTHWORK IMPROVEMENTS - FCS CONSTRUCTION - $851,049.10 UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS - MOSS UTILITIES - $3,287,207.00 PAVING IMPROVEMENTS - RPMX CONSTRUCTION - $2,373,620.00
