The Project includes the following Work: The project will consist of removing and reconstructing a new tennis / pickle ball court(s) at the location of the existing tennis courts at the City park. Work will include demoing the existing courts, installing 166 CY of aggregate base course, 1500 SY of concrete base, 13,440 SF of acrylic surface, 510 feet of fencing, nets, striping, etc. The Work will be substantially completed within 60 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 75 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
