**As of July 15, 2025, the project was awarded to Bishops LLC but unable to locate the project in CRM and Google.** Specifically, the Town is seeking renovations to the front entry of the Town Municipal Building. The work to be performed consists principally of an addition to the Clerk's entry to the existing municipal building at 101 Conger Boulevard located in Groton, New York. At certain times ofthe year there are more people waiting in line than the building can adequately shelter inside. One amenity that is needed, and currently missing inside the building, is an appropriate area for disabled citizens to conduct business with the Clerk or the Clerk's staff. The proposed addition and renovations to the Clerk's entry extends the current entry vestibule by +/- 6'-9", aligning the new exterior wall with the existing canopy columns to the east. The proposed canopy extends an additional 14'-0" out past the new entry doors. New aluminum windows and a new aluminum entry door will be located in this proposed addition and shall match the existing windows and door.
