Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Conesus, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Project scope includes replacement of the roofs on two buildings at Ricky Greene Park. The first structure is the gazebo, where a new ribbed metal roof would be installed in place of the existing cedar shakes. The second structure is the cabin, where the existing cedar shakes would be replaced in kind with cedar shake shingles. General Project has an expected duration of 180 days. Instructions to Bidders The Town of Conesus, Livingston County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. Question Deadline 07/03/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
