Renovation of a medical facility in Webster, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
To provide UTMB pricing for the work at the Chiller #2 in the Clear Lake Clinic building on the UTMB Webster campus. Scope includes: Install 1000A 480V 3PH Cummins Bypass ATS to serre Chiller 2. Install 600A 400A 3PH Cummins Bypass ATS to serve existing Distribution Panel. Install 1000A 480V 3PH normal power feeder from the existing breaker in Switchboard MSBA that currently serves Chiller 2 to the 1000A ATS. Install 600A 480V 3PH normal power feeder from the existing breaker in Switchboard MSBA that currently serves Panel IDPHAI to the 600A ATS. Install 1000A 480V 3PH emergency power feeder from an existing spare breaker in Switchboard MESBA to the 1000A ATS. Install 600A 480V 3PH emergency power feeder from a new breaker in Switch bord MESBA to the 600A ATS. Intercept and reroute the existing 1000A 480Y 3PH feeder serving Chiller 2 to the 1000A ATS. Install 600A 480V 3PH load feeder from the 600A ATS to Panel IDPH AI. Install control wiring between new ATS’s and the Cummins DMC8000 Controller. Integrate the new ATS’s into the existing control and monitoring systems.
