More specifically, the project will consist of 1.75 acres of clearing, for townhouse development with 2 & 4 watermain, 8 sewer main, concrete paving & 15,000 SF of permeable pavers. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of total amount bid for the completed work. The M/WBE goal for this project is 10% MBE and 3% WBE, for a total M/WBE participation of 13%. MWBE goals apply to the amount of the bid.
