Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a recreation facility; for paving for a recreation facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Okaloosa County is requesting bids for the floor to be saw cut in two areas of Building A2 and A3 to raise the Height of the floor concrete to floor height of remaining concrete in Building A3. Please see approved Engineering Drawing for all specs. The Project of which the Work under the Contract will be part is generally described as follows: Demo/Remove/Saw cut existing sections of concrete and asphalt. Removal and Leveling with dirt of the purposed areas to get desired floor height prior to pouring the concrete of the designated areas. Required Work: Filling of NESHAPs; Pulling of Permits Demolition of current asphalt and concrete section in A2 as well as A3. Hauling and Proper disposal of all debris and ensure other areas are not impacted by debris. Use of Visqueen/plastic will be required while demo work is being conducted. Leveling of dirt and concrete in A2, A3 leading to Building C. Ensure area is cleaned prior to departure.
