No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after date of bid opening, unless otherwise specified in the bid documents. The City of Suwanee will consider the competency and responsibility of bidders in making the award. The City of Suwanee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the proposals, and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the City and the laws governing the State of Georgia.
