Anderson School District Five would like to contract with a vendor to Replace Two 7.5-ton Heat Pumps at Nevitt Forest Elementary. See solicitation for details. Question Deadline 06/21/2025 All questions should be emailed to the Director of Purchasing & Warehouse Services to scottorr@Anderson5.net 1. Remove the 2 existing 7.5-ton heat pumps, air handlers & electric heat strips. 2. Provide & replace with 2 new 7.5 ton heat pumps, air handlers & electric strips. 3. Include removal and disposal of existing equipment off-site, crane fees, ductwork modifications as needed, digital thermostats with remote temp sensors, system evacuation, start-up and refrigerant charge. 4. Include reconnection to existing ductwork, electrical wiring, control wiring, drain line & refrigerant piping. 5. Include all freight, labor & materials 6. Include 5 year warranty for compressor, 1 year warranty on all parts & labor 7. Mandatory site visit - see page 1 for details. 8. All meetings require a prior notice of 16 business hours. 9. Before leaving each day, site must be cleaned up and all trash disposed of off-site. 10. No tobacco products of any kind on school grounds 24/7/365 11. Start Date: Upon receipt of PO 12.
