Scope of Work o Conduct on-site assessment of existing lighting infrastructure and confirmation of design needs. o Create a custom lighting layout using photometric analysis software. o Determine optimal fixture placement to achieve uniform illumination and visual comfort. o Coordinate with university stakeholders for approval of lighting design The selected vendor will be responsible for: o Removal of existing lighting fixtures as needed. o Supply and installation of LED multi-color fixtures (minimum lifespan: 50,000 hours). o Installation of a user-friendly control system with both manual and programmable automation. o Electrical integration and compliance with applicable codes. o Training of university staff on operation and maintenance. o Warranty and post-installation support (minimum 5 years preferred). 4.
