The Project includes the following Work: Re-striping pavement markings on Runway 10-28 which is approximately 71,000 SF of Type II paint (yellow, white, and black) and Type III glass beads. An add alternate will also be bid which includes Runway 1-19 and all taxiway pavement markings of approximately 122,000 SF. The Work will be substantially completed within 45 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $500 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Raleigh County Airport Authority in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. Goals for minority participation for each trade: 7.88% Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% Doc note: Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website.
