For the Following Township Sidewalk Project: Hopewell Road Sidewalk Project 2025 - Furnishing All Necessary Labor, Material, and Equipment for the Sidewalk Installation in the Following Area: Hopewell Road From 1-275 Bridge Overpass to Hopewell Hills Drive. Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a One Hundred Percent (100%) Bid Guarantee Bond or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit on a Solvent Bank in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, (the Total of the Project) Conditioned That the Bidder Shall, if Their Bid is Accepted, Execute a Contract in Conformity to the Invitation and Their Bid. Bidders Must Comply With the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and Synunes Township as Determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, the Successful Bidder to Whom the Contract is Awarded Will Be Required to Furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a Sum Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Total Bid Price, Conditioned According to Law.
