DESCRIPTION: The Town of Camp Verde, Arizona, solicits interest from qualified persons or firms to provide FY25-29 Public Works/Utilities Engineering On-Call Professional Services. Only persons or firms capable of providing the requested discipline categories of professional services will receive consideration. Firms can submit for one or more categories in a single response. The category or categories that the firm wishes to be considered must be clearly identified in the cover letter of the Statement of Qualifications #25-212. Multiple contracts for on-call professional services may be awarded to multiple firms in a service area. Successful firms may be selected for one or more professional service category, as applied. Contracts shall be awarded on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications pursuant to A.R.S. 34-604. All contracts will be for the term of four (4) years, with the consideration of one (1) one-year extension based on successful completion of work and mutual agreement. The value of these contracts will vary based on projected Town needs, available budget, and the selected categories. The award of a contract is not a guarantee of work. There is no specific list of projects at this time. A copy of the Town's Five-Year Capital Improvements Plan is attached to this request as an example of the type of projects that could be assigned and is strictly for informational purposes only. The Town of Camp Verde reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the Town and to reject the submittals of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful in any contract with the Town.
