The Project includes the work to remove an existing trailer at the site, level and enlarge the existing pad, reconfigure the existing utilities, and then the assembly of the new housing units. The contractor is to coordinate with the material supplier, SBS, to fully understand the scope of SBS's material supply. Any materials required to complete the construction that are not supplied under the District's existing contract with SBS are to be provided under this contract.
