The Contractor's attention is further drawn to requirements for Contractor's participation in a New York State Certified Apprenticeship Training Program. In addition, the Contractor shall be advised that provisions set forth by Erie County Executive Order #18 ("EO #18") may apply. Attention of bidders is called to the fact that if a prospective bidder is not registered as a bidder with the Office of the Commissioner of Public Works by virtue of his/her obtaining of the bidding documents, then notices of contract addenda or other significant matters related to the contract proposal or bid will not be communicated to said prospective bidder.
