Eagle County Government is requesting bids for the Eagle County 2025 ambient mix asphalt project (the "Project"). The Project generally includes supplying, delivering, and mixing ambient mix asphalt ("AMA"), and providing a paver machine for County's use in paving certain parts of Trough Road, as further described in Exhibits A, B, and B-1 in the bid documents. The Project has a completion date of October 31, 2025. Any questions concerning this bid shall be directed in writing (e-mail) to: john.harris@eaglecounty.us. The agreement will be awarded to the lowest, qualified, responsible bidder to whom Eagle County, on the basis of its evaluation as set forth in the bid documents makes an award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Eagle County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or technicality in any bid, to negotiate contract terms with a bidder, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids and to postpone the award of the project agreement for a period not exceeding thirty-one (31) days after the bid opening
