Site work for a mixed-use development in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; and water / sewer project.
Construct a well on a high-capacity property that complies with the State of Wisconsin's Well and Pump Code (NR 812, Wis. Adm. Code), furnish and install a well pump suitable for a minimum well yield of 130 g.p.m., provide electrical connection to existing service and integrate the new pump control system with existing irrigation central control, and furnish and install a discharge pipe into the existing pond. Work shall include all labor, materials, permits and related items necessary to complete the Project as indicated in the bid package and described herein. Accepted Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of Contract, to furnish in the amount of 100% of the contract price, satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance. The right to reject any or all Bids, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities is reserved by Waukesha County Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bid documents shall submit a written request to ssiodlarz@waukeshacounty.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
