The objective of this project is to rehabilitate the structure. A. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK FOR ALL BUILDINGS (In addition to / supported by the Owner-Contractor Agreement for a Fixed Contract Sum.) The term "Contractor" is to be understood to mean the Contractor submitting this particular bid proposal. 1. All General Conditions items necessary for this work: a. Daily clean-up of work areas and break areas as well as final cleanup. b. Full-time supervision, on-site, by the primary Contractor. c. All invoices to be submitted on AIA invoice forms. 2.
